CANCELLATION POLICY
If a client is a ‘no show’ they will be required to pay in full, as there is no opportunity for us to fill this appointment.
24 hours notice is 50%
48 hours notice no charge.
All online bookings require a £15 deposit which will be deducted from their treatment.
